My Dearest Alicia,

I am so glad to have received your card. I was in such an urgent need of finding a home and moving in less than a month that i even thought of relocating myself and my 3 children across the states. You didn't know this then but I was ready to just give up. Meeting with you and your loan person that day changed my whole life. This is why i couldn't wait to send this to you so please post it on your website you keep talking about getting. I am really happy in my new home & happier that I didn't have to do anything but pick a house. I know sit here in my huge bedroom while my children play in the yard I am so lucky to have.  Thank you so much. I promise to call you when I'm ready for that cabin, my kids and i have almost filled up that piggy bank. so until hopefully next winter, please keep sending available cabins. Take care,

Just wanted to send you a quick note so that it fits on your page. I truly am happy that you sold my house and I didn't lose my mind in the process. I had sold two homes before and you know how that went. This time I didn't think it was possible for me to even deal with the sale and still finish my residency. I am glad i picked a good one this time around and my sister will call you soon for that office space she needs to re-lease. regards, George.

Thank you Alicia for the birthday card and the pans. Very much appreciated. You know I've worked with so many different agents and no one compared to your effort and dedication. After going through 5 or 6 agents in the Lompoc are. The final 1 agent I decided to go with rarely emailed me any properties and wasn't easily reachable, so I gave up! I don't regret it because it just wasn't meant and I'm very happy everything turned out the way they did. You know 4 or 5 months went by without a word from her. She recently sent me an email saying "how's my search going and if I needed anything" I responded with a "thank you for remembering me, but I found my home and its on escrow". I got no reply back! No one can hold a candle to you. Your the best, because you out did everyone in the human aspect. "I adore you" you made me feel like I was the only one you were working with, you went to battle for me even though you knew it to bee risky, because you always stayed focus on who you were working for "1st". Your honesty and intelligence was respectable. Your focus and dedication never went stray, always on your game. I never did feel that professional relationship between us, I always felt you more as a friend then anything else and believe it or not that made my experience so much pleasurable. You definitely won my respect over and I would be honored to tell anyone about you. When I'm ready for my barbeque, I would love to have you over, so anyone that wants to buy, can meet you so they can have the same the experience I had with you.
